I really want to learn how to take/leave food; whats the saying? Yeah I want to eat to live not live to eat

oh me too....

Im going to read that book again and give you all some pointers...!!

Because I KNOW this is my problem... I know how dieting works... I know whats good and whats bad for you... I know it all like the back of my hand..!!

Its just my relationship with food... I HAVE A PROBLEM

Hey girlies how are we all doing? Got my Wii and Wii fit today its great fun!!! Im off to Essex to see friends tomorrow and staying till Monday which will mean a takeaway and wine no doubt so am dreding Tuesday!

Babezone dont worry too much hun. We are all allowed a week like that. It will make you more determined to stick to it next week Dont be so hard on yourself

Im going to try to be so good today. Just had a bowl of cheerios for breakfast and will do the wii fit when Jack has his nap in about an hour. although in the afternoon we are watching a dvd with the kids so that will be hard not to nibble of stuff I will make popcorn and just have some of that.

thanks hun...lol ive had an ice lolly already..buuut! it was only 2 points so wasnt a choc bad one and going to town in bit so going to walk sum.
going to be good and take it easy with food next couple days and try and get back on the ball...i mean yer the chinease does taste great thats why im fancying them so much lol i maybe need 1 horrid one to put me off....maybe i shud watch sum grim youtube vids lol.

my belly really did suffer from it last night tho lol...but as of today no more takeaways for a while think i may have a chicken salad sarni 2day and sum pineapple at dinner and make that last me till tea...even tho my sis is having mac donalds lol but i can resist that as im not a major fan anyway .... sreading dum diet dusty xx

more ill power then me i havent done one ounce of excersize since i started this diet...went to next today and bought a nice 18 pair of jeans so it givin me that umpfh i think....guna try n be good again. i took another picture today in the clothes i was wearin 2 months ago but the thing is where its at a diff angle its hard to see a difference...i mean i no i can cus the jeans hang of me lol i cant wear them no more but i stil look fat n bloody frumpy xx

seriously bad bad bad diet day today girls

i woke up wanting an egg bagel.. so i had one..
then there was a free BBQ in our town centre today (its our towns celebration week this week) and i had a hotdog..
then i got hungry later and went to mcdonalds.. had a large big mac meal with chocolate milkshake AND 6 chicken nuggets
then i had a sunday dinner at my inlaws with gravy and everything.. i had second helpings..
then the puddings came out.. on the table there was cheesecake,paffita rolls,trifle,apple pie, cream and custard! i had 3 paffita rolls with double cream.

now im really full and feel like shit. if id have been at home all day i think i would have controlled myself better but we were out from 10am till just a min ago.

2 toast with jam
2 packet of crisps
2 rolls, 1 with burger , 1 with sausage,
chicken, lamb skewer thing and then chocolate gateau...

now im getting ready for a night out feeling gross and argh... I want my old body back... please Ill promise Ill never moan again

how on earth do you know how much to do? do you just work it out yourself and do what you feel is right?

well im going to be the good girl and say ive been good today....im hungry admitidly lol and all i want is chinease's man its like being pregnant again lol and wanting the same thing all the time lol xx

Another 2lbs down today girls and AF is due this week so I'm happy with that. Did 39 mins on the wii fit yesterday and am going for a walk this morning.
