So please slap me hard if I go on that scale any time between now and September 25th.
My weight has been staying the same since the initial weight loss after Chase and it just gets frustrating going on the scale to see nothing happening. LOL
Wish I could go on the treadmill but can't do any exercising for another 4 weeks.
im twitching to start excercise... i might start at 4 weeks rather than 6!! i had a normal delivery... no stitches etc!! Some of these stars begin like 5 days after!! Ill only be doing walking on the tredmill etc!! I would also get the gym guys to give me a suitable program!!
What do you girls think??
ive made a mistake and got in the scales this morning.... with only 2 days till my weigh in... and i DO NOT like what I see
how can it be?? I must still be losing baby weight and water and I had such a good day yesterday!! Have I relly undone all my work with that lousy day on tuesday?
I have 10 weeks till my birthday!! Thinking of resorting to stricter measures!! Cambridge diet sachets are in my cupboard!!
Ok guys it looks as if most of us has had a negative week, I know I've lost my focus abit
So can we make a pact, better week next week? I know I wont be a loser next week but we all get bad weeks and it seems we're all having them together We're syncying our diets girls
Anyway I promise myself next week:
Eat well and within points
drink 2l water
exercise 4 times a week
keep focused on why I want this
treat myself each week for every week I lose
and I also promise each one of you to help you reach your goals, regardless of whether I've reached my own
So c'mon chin up ladies we can do this, we all want to do this and we all will do this
