Boots Advantage Card

What do I do if I've lost my Boots Advantage Card? I can't find it anywhere I've searched high and low.

I've got loads of points on there and I got the Triple Points instore the other day where I spent £100, and they validated my receipt.

Is there a number I need to call or can I do it online?

I also don't know whether I changed my address on it, as I first had it when I lived with my parents so what information will I need to verify I am who I am?

You can apply for a new card online.
It's on the boots card section on their site

Thank you. I used the link and followed what they said, reset my password as it's been that long since I've used it I can't remember it to find out I don't have a card registered I'll have to call them up tomorrow x
