Wish I had the willpower but I am rubbish at anything diet related

i managed to get within 5 pounds of my target weight.....then got a little (ok, a lot) complacent......

i dream of ben&jerrys ice-cream.....

caramel chew-chew and caramel sutra...

even went to the B&J factory in USA a few years ago (free ice-cream all round!)

and i love chocolate.....the good stuff....no naff dog-chocolate type stuff, but thorntons and cadbury, and hotel chocolat.....

i think i have a problem!!!

I used to have extraordinary willpower, as I used to be anorexic. Now, I have gone completely to the other end of the spectrum. There's no in between for me apparently. My metabolism is all messed up so it's painfully hard for me to lose weight. Ah, oh well. I keep telling myself that fat builds character. In shape? hey, I have a shape. Round is a shape.

we're staying upper west side for a few days before we head up to niagra falls.....after a day there we head down to gettysburg (not in one day i hasten to add)...currently looking for a nice area to stay en-route....any ideas?

last big holiday for a while....as my dad puts it - we'll be in a cheap english seadside resort with kids soon (hum....no pressure there then!)

Buffy, believe it or not, I'm not too familiar with NYC. I mean I've been there thousands of times but I actually hate it. lol I cringe whenever I have to go there for meetings. Definitely visit Rockefeller Center and try to go to the Museum of Natural History if you can.

Sam, I'm going to be TTC in August.
