Breast feeding and general Anestetics

I need to get some dental work done well ive booked the appointment and i will still be breast feeding is this aloud or should i wait tell after im breast feeding to get it done? TIA

I would talk to the dentist, i had dental stuff done while preg and he was pretty knowledgeable about what was ok and not ok
