I tandem feed, so my 4 year old is used to boobs anyway lol.
I think most kids just take everything in their stride and are quite interested in it.
A few years ago we visited family and fed my daughter. A lady explained to a boy who was about ten years old that I would be breastfeeding and he said 'what's breastfeeding'. I was quite surprised he didn't know, but he didn't seem bothered by it.
