Breastfeeding & pregnancy symptoms

Hi,
Please can anyone tell me if they have had this same thing happen to them.
I am currently still breastfeeding my 13 month old, I have had no period since giving birth.
Over the last 2 weeks I have been noticing pregnancy symptoms,with both my previous pregnancy's I began with sickness very early on, for the last few week I have felt i have felt sick and today I have actually been sick numerous times.
I also have lot's of other symptoms.
I have take a few home pregnancy test which have all come back negative, I just wondered if anyone else has experienced anything like this? and if you were pregnant or not?

I haven't experienced anything like that, since this is my first pregnancy. My assumption would be that if you are far enough along to have been getting symptoms for two weeks, you would be far enough along to test positive. Maybe you've just had a virus. But if you're driving yourself crazy, there's no reason not to head to the doctor
