well, knowing my luck it wont be me either. We've not used any contraception what-so-ever since Harry was born (well, since he turned 6 months as we didn't do it before then, lol) & still nothing here. My body is fooked, haha!

I had to learn Makaton & Advanced Makaton through work coz of working with autistic young adults, most of whom have major learning difficulties & communication issues. I decided not to use it with Harry; not sure why though? Just never really occured to me to teach him any... Besides, he's so bloody noisy & into everything & very good at making his needs known that i don't think it'd would've made any difference to him communication...

Hi HoneySunshine, I remember you :hi:

Congrats Eswift & Chaos :happydance: Lovely news!

Wont be e id be grey with 3 under 2/3  would have to be immaculate here too

Me neither, sometimes I think maybe . . . . then no, then yes . . . I think another year of us just being a 3 is a good idea for my heads sake, last year so much went on, I just need a breather! So obviously it's not the right time :haha: But I'm sooo exicted and happy for all those that are and have and want to be! :flower: :hugs:

Early post Fraggles, hope all is well :hugs:

Think we have colic :dohh: im so  I didnt think a baby could cry so much.

Must sort N for a hair cut I can put it in pony tails.

Think we have colic :dohh: im so  I didnt think a baby could cry so much.

:hugs::hugs::hugs:: Horrible isn't it. The main thing is to remember that he will grow out of it. Easier said than done to think that when you're so knackered, but you KNOW it will happen - hang on in there :hugs:

^^^ wss :hugs: I read the book "happiest baby on the block" and it sort of helped me with some ideas when Emma's colic was really bad and it also just helped reinforce the whole "they'll grow out of it" concept. Can't be easy though with 2 LOs- sending you tons of :hugs:

Definitely no 2011 bumpkin on board here either! Had a long chat with hubby about another baby last week and I think we are both feeling very fulfilled and content with just Emma (sounds cheesy but it's the best way to describe it) for now and can't imagine adding to the family dynamic anytime soon so ttcing is on hold for now. As more and more of our friends have starting having 2nd kids, we're realizing we're happy for them but we are enjoying our lifestyle as a threesome and we'd have to sacrifice some of our family/financial goals to have another and we're not prepared to do that atm.

So how's everyone's Wednesday going? I'm looking forward to a quieter day with just one extra munchkin running around  I'm pretty sure Emma's weekend fever was due to a throat infection so I think a trip to the doc's in in order  Last night I went out for a coffee and some shopping with a friend- seems like ages since I was out on a weeknight! I bought 4 new kids music CDs (the ones I had were starting to drive me insane- always a good time to get new ones, lol) and a new pair of boots- I never treat myself anymore, so I'm calling them my Valentine's Boots (they were on sale- couldn't pass up a good deal!). Speaking Valentines, anyone with special plans? Hubby has to work on Valentines but we're going to do something special on the weekend instead (haven't decided what exactly yet though).

Hi girls. Having a lovely day so far. Had some lovely cards, a necklace from my best friend, and some new bedding from my nan. My brother is buying my present later lol so will probably get it when I wake up after my afternoon nap for work tonight. James has been a little kissy monster today and keeps coming up to me for kisses lol. Hope everyone is having a lovely day.

Fraggles - :hugs: I hope you manage to get some rest, and that you're all ok.

Kaites - I know what you mean about being happy as a threesome. I couldn't even contemplate having another one with us right now! Earl is enough of a handful. We had always planned to have 2 full school years between children, and we've only just reached that point. I'm quite relieved in a way that the Docs have put a hold on the whole thing, as it gives us an excuse to 'practice' a lot more  without the pressure of TTC, as well as all the probs money wise, it'll do us good to wait a while. I would really like our next one to be a Spring/Summer baby though, but I guess we'll have to see how things go.

LK - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! :cake: Hope you enjoyed the zoo!!

My wednesday is going well. I must say I could get used to this part-time lark! loll. Hubby has gone off to Uni and then has a study group so we're not expecting him home until tea time I reckon. Maybe 3-4 at the earliest - after all the study group is in the pub! lol  students! lol

Earl and I have been to the chemist to pick up my prescriptions, and to the shop to get some bread and a sneaky pack of sweets for us to share when he wakes up from his nap. Came home via the park and had a quick go on the swings and then walked all the way home out of the pushchair bar the last 100 yards (busy roads). He's getting rather good at following and sticking to paths now, but he wil not hold hands! :dohh:

We've managed to tidy up, 2 loads of washing, and had scrambled eggs for lunch. I have got to do the washing up and make tea and that's it! I love it!! All of this before 1pm! Oh and we have watched Happy Feet - Earl loves to dance to the music and finds the penguins hilarious when they dance! lol :haha:

Anyhoo, I'm going to have a cuppa and find my bits of paper work I need to do. I think there's quite a bit but I feel like I've done a full day already lol. :dohh:

Have a lovely day everyone. xx

:flower: Happy Birthday :cake:

Aimee: Your sounding very organinsed! :flower:

Fraggles: :hugs:

Kaites: Sounds like a nice time with your friend and glad you managed to treat yourself too  I agree with what your saying about ttc now, you put it much better than what I did!

Wedensday wise, so far so good, I put in a complaint about the bus driver this morning as she was a sarcastic moo, I contacted the mortgage people, done lots off my work task list and am feeling good about getting off my butt and doing stuff :D

Valentines day wise, nothing. I told Nij I didn't want to do it this year, we had a nice one last year but then stuff happened so I'm not into it anymore. But hey ho!

Best go, list-a callin! :hugs: all :flower:

We're NTNP but it's on hold at the moment due to my health. Hoping to get back to it in April full swing lol

Awww a Summer baby! I'm so jealous!

Yay more babies :happydance: 2011 is a good year to have a baby :winkwink:

Had no sleep today but went food shopping then had an impromtu meal out. Had a gorgeous surf and turf. Both boys were very well behaved just hoping for some sleep tonight.

My weds was good, the usual toddler group, then me n Harry played zoo ( me crawling around making animal noises while Harry was laughing his arse off at me) then got him weighed (20 lbs 13 oz) then housework n Facebook, then dinner, watched some tv n bed. Nothing exciting, but not boring either.
Harrys new word today was 'foot.' and if I hear the word 'bizdid' (biscuit) anymore from him I will hide!
Huge congrats Sam! How's George doing these days?

Congrats Sam! So many bumpkins having more babies. Special Kala is preggers too. I'm so jealous of you all lol. Be a long time before I am adding to my brood :(

Florabean - isnt it funny the variations on words....James says diddis for biscuit lol.

Man I am so bored. Tonight is going sooooo slowly. Can't wait to go home to bed. Have my MRI at 2.45pm so will sleep til 1pm then go. Go back to bed for a few hours and then back to work at 10pm. I'm tired just thinking about it.
