I had some metal ones but bought a set of 4 plunger ones off ebay......think they came from malaysia or somewhere but were much cheaper than I found them anywhere else!
Will see if I can find them

Taperjeangirl that cake is amazing! ok well i need a sponge recipe and ive i need to make a cherry blossom tree decoration to go on the cake maybe piping will do it?!

If I were doing the blossom tree, I think I would pipe the branches then add on cut out blossoms........ so you get the 3d effect
You could make the branches out of roll out fondant too if you arent very experienced in piping

also if i made the cake then used icing (i think its fondant icing) how do you colour it to get a smooth finish?

Well ... my grey icing for the Merc cake came today ... i only ordered it yesterday at about 2pm and it was delievered to work at 8.30am mega impressed with Cookie Cutter World on Ebay, even though i was dubious as they had a few negative feedbacks left!!

So now i've got everything ready for that ... will probs make a start on Tues evening ready for Thurs ... need to do some cupcakes for a friend/another company we deal with at work as they did me a favour during the week, im too kind

I am thinking of making some cupcakes today too but I dunno what I want to make?! I have been looking through my new cupcake books and there are SOOOOOO many recipes LOL

I have 2 cakes to make this week! Along with working, Tues, Thurs and Friday! I need one cake for Thursday and one for Saturday. I need to go and buy some small-ish pyrex dishes to do the 'boobs'for FIL birthday cake, think that OH is going to have to take me up to the cake shop today so I can get some boxes and boards for these cakes.

A quick question ... can you buy 'edible' paint? I am obviously wanting to pain some detail on the cakes and have a really thin brush that I could use for doing it and I was wondering if I can use the colouring that I use to colour the fondant to write with it? xx

Oh that is who I ordered my disposable bags from, then realised thay had loads of bad feedback for being overseas and long delivery.

I ordered on 31st and still not here but with eater and stuff will give them the benifit of the doubt

That is a good price for the cutters though

I will be so pissed off if she doesnt show up for it....... its not exactly the sort of cake you can hand to one of your neighbours as a good will gesture is it!!
