I will!! Where is it at?! And was just wondering -- I have just made carrot cake cupcakes and they have sort of cracked in the middle? I have never had cakes do that before :L
Any ideas? I even only used it on 170ish -- very bizarre! xx

I cant leave mine in that long danielle.. it burns. tried turing oven down bbut then it doesnt rise. lol

just made the most amazing banana cake and banana cupcakes!!

wish you could taste it.. just to normal cupccake mix i added 4 mashed banans, 2 tblspoons of clear honey, and a splash of oil for moisture.
well.. they are to die for!!!!

just cooling now.. then i did bananas in with the normal buttercream to make banana icing for the top. in the cupcakes i put choc chips!

oh how yummy.. I cant wait.. will post pics tonight.
theres no end to this experimenting with cake making craze!!!! (to my partners detriment, hes started complianing about extra electricity bill and the house always smelling of cakes! ) lol

All you single baking mummies - when do you find the best time to do your baking is?? I nearly have a one year old ( 4 days!!! ) and Im finding the only time i can fit it in is in her afternoon nap, but not having time to let them cook, cool and then decorate, is it ok to like wait a day to decorate or at least till the evening? And how do you store them?! xx

I'm not single but even with a 4yr old and 11yr old it can be a mare, I nearly always bake one day and decorate the next, keeping then in an airtight container betweenx
