im gonna have a go at making some cupcakes this week and start my xmas cakes, im doing little 3 inch ones this year and been asked t do a bob the builder one for dec 1st .

i thought of something that sounds pretty good to me tell me if it sounds weird.....

baked cinnamon pears. ive had baked cinnamon apples but never the pears and i think it should be really good im dyding to try making it but dont know how its going to work out

OMG i made my first two tier on friday and decided to go the whole hog and make it a topsy turvy!!! LOL omg that was an experience.....lets just say i really need more practice at topsy turvy!LOL....will upload pics when rob gets in as they are on his phone !!!!

heres my latest....it was a giant 14" fruitcake...VERY heavy, they had to call their male friend to carry it out for them! lol

wow xbox cake was ok - not the best but my bro was happy with it
