They look lush x I love the embossing mats too x My parents are making me a cupcake hamper so all the things i'll need like, edible glitters & embossing mats etc cant wait to start using everything x

That sounds awesome!!

Anyone got a good red velvet recipe? Every one I look at is different from the last, I don't know which one is right!

How are you all making your chocolate cuppies? Are you using your normal recipe and just substitute some flour?

Also do you flavour your buttercream and if so, what are you using?

The hamper sounds great.

Sorry Emmy, never tried Red Velvet ones.

I keep my recipe the same and I mix my cocoa powder with either a bit of milk or water...

I need help :)

I'm using red icing to cover AJ's birthday cake. How do I get the icing sugar off it to make it red again after I've rolled it out on the icing sugar? Will it dust off easily? I didnt have this problem with my practice run as I just used white icing!

Thanks :flower:

I donk know exactly but i often use a brush and also if its really stubborn I use some water...but I'm no expert in cakes

It should dust off pretty easy but can sometimes leave the cake looking 'dull'

Glaze spray is great for finishing off the cake and gets rid of all the dullness x
