these were my minty ones.

its just basically your favourite chocolate sponge recipe.....then u can add what ever u want, chunks of dark chocolate etc to the mixture. (im adding mint chocolates next time) then make some buttercream and add peppermint, and a touch of green colouring to make it LOOK minty LOL and i topped them with mint matchmakers

The coffee cupcakes i made at the weekend went down really well,i made loads and they quickly vanished

I made a few yesterday a couple of sample cake boxes for some girls off here , they were really rushed so a bit rough around the edges!! and a few extra because Gemma & OH moan that they never get any!!!!

Chocolate and Vanilla but I LOVE these colours!!!

I know the ribbon needs moving down a bit at the bottom and theres a little lump on the side somehow but I dont think its bad x
