My cramps went away and I feel so much better. That almost makes me worry though, at least when I was cramping I could imagine something was happening down there. I apparently don't do good with TWW's! lol When I had the cramps I was thinking AH!! is AF coming already??? is this implantation??? oh no what if its implanting in my tube!! I'm so silly. Have one FRER under my sink from a previous "I've been taking my pill every day religiously and I know I can't be pregnant but I really feel like it" situation. Trying to hold out until the 13th at 12dpo to use it (not that I can't go buy more, but still). Thinking about going to the Dollar Tree and getting some cheapies to start earlier with just for fun though.

I know that feeling of wanting to test but also having to be patient and wait! So annoying!
If nothing comes about by Wednesday then I will test. I'm going away on Thursday until Monday so won't get another chance. I'm so torn about it though. Obviously I want a bfp but if I get one now my insurance won't have kicked in by the the due date which means that money is wasted AND I have to face a Chinese hospital again.

Beanonorder, just hang in there. I understand your concerns about insurance but hey, you said "If God brought you to it, He will bring you through it", so I think it will all be ok at the end. I am hoping some good options open up for you in terms of insurance. Fingers crossed for you as well

As for me, I am still in this frustrating stage of whether or not I have ovulated. I even started a new thread on this to get some insights! So far, very confused and no symptoms whatsoever either indicating ovulation or post-ovulation. Nothing! Nada! Zilch! My biggest fear is an anovulatory cycle which would mean two in a row and I am thinking if that turns out to be true, then I will have to call my doc. Looking at the other side of the coin, FF says I have ovulated and I am 6dpo but dont know why I am seeing a huge crash in temps Feeling blahhh!

As for me- I've been nauseous since I woke up and smells are really bothering me. I know it's too early to be a symptom, just not feelin too good today but DH is giving me questioning looks when I complain about smells

Argh i'm no good at this!!
If i had still been on my pill i would have come on my period yesterday. I was crapping for the few days before and thought it was gonna happen - everytime i went to the loo yesterday i thought i was gonna have started and nothing!! I just want to know now, if i'm not preganant i think i'd take it fine (just a bit disappointed but ok) but not knowing is driving me crazy! And i dont feel i can test as my pre pill cycles were so irratic that what if i'm having a long cycle and not due to come on till much later in the month?! It would be more disappointing to see that bfn than to just get my period - dont know why i feel like that though??
I have made a deal with myself that if i havent had a period by August 1st then i'll test!! - seriously dont know if i can hold out that long though!! :/

mykerby all my fingers and toes are crossed for you - the smelling things symptom is supposed to be quite an early sign!! You never know!!

Mrsmandy the first time I came off the pill it took 5 weeks to get my first af and this time it took 6 weeks. I'm coming up for 6 weeks now since that af too. I just want it to come now so I can stop stressing and just get to it.

Mrs Mandy- Hang in there! I know how you feel, I hate not knowing! But your next AF probably isn't going to be right when it was when you were on the pill anyways. Count from the first day of your withdrawl bleed, not when you stopped. For me I was always very regular 28-29 day cycles before the pill so I'll be expecting mine on the 15th, but I know not to count on that as things can be weird after the pill.

At what I believe was about 5dpo I just KNEW my period was coming too with the cramps and moodyness I was feeling, but 2 days later I don't feel like that anymore. I think it's a common thing to cramp after the pill as our bodies try to adjust... it's also a common early pregnancy symptom though soo who knows. There's no way in heck I'd ever be able to wait until August to test!! I'd like to hold out until Sunday (what I THINK will be 12dpo) but I'll probably cave even before then.

I'm trying very hard not to symptom spot, as I know alot of what I'm feeling is probably just from coming off the pill. Yesterday the nausea went away and I was suddenly starving. Then that evening I started cramping again for just an hour or two. All of a sudden I felt this painful pinching feeling in one certain spot for about 30 seconds and then it all went away. TMI but I was also pretty gassy yesterday sooo I'm chalking it up to that. The sore nipples that started the day before I think I O'd and went away a few days later also came back yesterday, but not as bad. Last night I fell asleep a little after 11pm only to wake up at 1am to pee (I drank a big glass of water before I went to bed so not counting that one as a symptom) but of course then I couldn't go back to sleep until about 3am and I was so hungry lol.

Yeah, I never ever thought I really would get my period then, but all the signs I was feeling were exactly what I would feel the few days before!! Never mind, back to just wait and see I guess - and continue to have BD fun in the meantime

After all the confusion since the past 7 days regarding whether or not I ovulated, I have finally decided that I am out this cycle! I am going to continue taking my temps and wait for my ovulation and subsequently AF. DH and I decided that we are not going to BD after CD21 to avoid possibility of complications due to late ovulation. So, this wraps up cycle#1 for me for TTC. Onto waiting for AF and then cycle # 2!

Aww shudknow. I'm sorry I don't know too much about late ovulation and everything so I don't know what to tell you except fx'd for next cycle!


Afm- I was trying to hold out until sunday (12dpo) to test but I may cave on Friday (10dpo). I really don't expect a positive but not knowing is driving me nuts.

Haha, I so know what you are telling about the tests..I think the best way which works for me is not to buy a lot of pregnancy tests. I have decided to only buy a test when I miss my AF, that way I won't drive myself crazy. But, when the time comes, I am pretty sure I will be obsessing about it...Ohh us ladies, we are all so crazy and broody, god bless us!

bucherwurm, how are things with you? Did you tell your family yet or is it just between you and DH right now?

About late ovulation, I have read on the internet and heard from my doc that conceiving on a late ovulation (that is after CD21) will likely result in a miscarriage. The supposed explanation is that the lining in the uterus is older and cannot sustain a successful pregnancy. But, for every theory/claim, there are always exceptions. There are people who have successfully conceived and went onto have healthy babies on late ovulation. But it all depends from case to case, however the medical explanation still says the same - conceiving on late ovulation has higher chances of a miscarriage.

Yep definitely testing tomorrow, probably 10dpo soo I know it could be early but I must test!

I just accidentally napped on the sofa for a couple of hours I feel better now though, I was a little nauseous this morning. My lower back has been hurting for a few days though. I've also had heartburn every night. Since I have no clue what's normal for me I know this all could be AF on her way. I may be baby crazy but I do still have some sanity left. Lol!

Cd 50 18 dpo and still no sign of AF. Cramping is there and weird flutters in the vaginal and uterine area. BB little sensitive but nothing substancial. Extreme fatigue though for the past few days almost a few weeks. Yet all BFN's first cycle and I am already exhausted.

GL girls! Hope you get good news soon! I haven't tested yet. My parents live in a really small town and the supermarket didn't have any tests. I didn't want to get from the pharmacy because too many people recognize me

I hope that's the reason. It could be because i ovulated late or something. I took maca this cycle so it's the first cycle and it's probably trying to normalize itself or something that I don't understand. Been praying to Arch Angel Michael....constantly and chanting and meditating. I hoe our little one comes soon
