Calorie Counting Diet and exercise

hi all well my husband started his diet in March and counting calories and the weight dropped off him.

so i have started this! i start last tuesday and since then i have lost 4lbs.

I let myself have 1200 calories a day and i do mega lots of exercise.

today i have had my cereal with was all 2gether 300 calories

lunch i had soup and 2 sliced of bread which was 280 calories

and for tea we will have quiche with salad and pots aswell which i dont think i will even reach my 1200.

my workout for the day is davina dvd for 30mins

20min run on the wii and then some yog and a 4 mile walk later with hubby and dog!!!

i'm determind to go bk to my hospital appointment on the 21st Aug 12stone or less :)

want my bmi like 27/28 :)

so who else is with me on a Calorie counting diet and exercise??
