Can anyone recommend an art set

My friends lo is 9 in December. She is getting a wii u so Im getting a game for his Christmas. He loves drawing so I was thinking of a nice art set for his bday. Can anyone recommend a nice one. Maybe with pens, pencils, paints in a nice box or case? He also likes notebooks so if anyone knows where I could get a personalised drawing pad or book that'd be great too.

Can't recommend a specific set but they have loads in Hobbycraft and they have 15% off everything online if you join their club. You can click and collect if you have a store nearby.

I would like a craft set but for my 3.5 year old and can't find anything I like anywhere.
