Can breastmilk give a false positive on a test? ***pic**

I know this is an old thread but I've Been curious, had a test from when I had my son (7m old) and tested my milk that's defrosted over 24hours so will be using it as a milk bath for him, but yes it came up faintly positive. So it's possible to get a positive using milk, I'm 100% not pregnant! So I'd not take ot as a definite positive just that it can give one !
