Can i just swap??

My LO is 15weeks old and today my HV advised me to change his milk to C&G Hungry baby formula.
I went out to buy a tin today but can i just swap them or do i have to do it gradually??
Also if i change his milk now in the afternoon will it work/help him straight away??

I changed straight away a couple of times! No problems or anything...although i'm not sure what they recommend! x

I was advised to switch straight over, no need to wean off one and onto another, just do a straight swap

ive just swapped my daughter straight from cow and gate to Aptamil because it didnt seem to suit her and shes much better. Just did a straight swap xx

I gave alternate bottles for a couple of days, as that's what my HV suggested. It also meant I didn't waste the tin I was using before!

It's more filling, so you should start to see a difference from the first bottle.

we switched straight over to hungry baby at 4 weeks with no problems! Did take a few days for him to settle down and notice the difference in times between feeds though xx
