Can you refreeze cooked frozen mince?

We always use frozen mince but if I do some bulk cooking for lo can I freeze it again in it's cooked form?

Yes hun, it is safe to freeze cooked food that was previously frozen raw (including meat & veggies).

Yep, you can freeze raw meat, defrost it, cook it and then refreeze it in cooked form (just the once though)
