Can you tell with this 10w+5 scan?

Not sure if any of you can tell anything with the horrible ultrasound photo my ob/gyn took, but figured I'd give it a try.

I have my anatomy scan in 2 weeks but as you all know, the waiting game stinks!

Any ideas? Figure it's a long shot.
