I heart gorillas so much. I think they are the most sensitive and beautiful creatures. They are a close second to elephants being my favorite animal.

sleeping baby on my chest!! i just talked to my old neighbour for like an HOUR it was good. she is babysitting my old neighbour from beside us's 2 yr old girl until Monday night.... daddy is overseas, mommy is working in Vancouver.... and she came tonight unbathed with a HUGE diapey rash and no toothbrush.....

i just dont get it!!!

The screenshot is for my own personal amusement, Peter and I use to play this game and when he was at work one day I dressed him all up in pink, took him to a busy city in the game and then danced him around while our guildies looked on and laughed.

Re - Savings Accounts

We want to do one for Claire, but with the job situation we haven't been able to start yet. I'm not overly stressing, she does have quite a few years before she needs one. It just sucks because it was the one thing I was adamant about. I even told people that for her 1st birthday/Christmas I'd rather them give money towards an RESP than give her toys/clothes she'll grow out of. Of course no one wanted to do that.

She slept in! She slept in!

Okay, so she didn't really. She got up at about 3:50am for a bottle. I was A-OK with it though, means that she would sleep in past 6am and she did! We didn't get up until 7:30! It is so nice only being up for a half hour rather than an hour and a half!

Although I noticed a trend while feeding her in the dark this morning. The days that she slept all night, but got up at 6am were the days that she didn't sleep well at ALL during the day. Maybe a half hour nap each shot? The days that she sleeps past 7am were the times where she got good naps during the day, but always needed to be up once in the early morning to have a bottle.

Maybe she's in a growth spurt?

Well, good news! Jasmine seems way better... SHe had a fever of 39.7 last night!!! But woke up happy and ready to play and with barely any fever at all. I cant believe it. Im not sure what went on, I guess she is just fighting a bug... but I couldnt believe how quickly she went through it.

Im sure it isnt over yet though. Hopefully she doesnt get too sick!

And NO AF yet!

re: the savings account, we are planning to have some savings too. But I am lazy... lol... I guess I should get on it. I dont think we will have alot saved up, but hopefully enough to help out with post secondary education. I am also a believer of kids having to work a bit for their dreams, so in addition to our savings for them, Im going to expect them to work a bit too and save up their own

Us too. My parents felt that my brother and I wouldn't appreciate it if it was handed to us without working for it. So they always covered half of the tuition/living expenses/books and we were responsible for the other half.

Morning all.

Anyone have anything interested planned for the day?

I have to go to the grocery store in a bit to get some things for tomorrow but other than that not much at all.

We have an education savings play for Hannah and money is put into it every month. Not much right now because we simply can't afford it but it's still more than either of us had. Hopefully as the economy picks up and we get our student loans paid off we can put more into it

That is hilarious Rae, Hannah didn't really much care for opening gifts. I'm hoping she'll get more into it for Christmas
