Can't burp and sick

I know this is going to sound really strange but I can't burp, never have been able to even as a baby and now I'm wondering is this contributing to my ms, I was sick for some 9months last time, sometimes I think I'm sick cos my stomach is empty and full of wind, first thing in morning and usually before dinner in evening or sometimes when I eat I vomit it back up as it feels it is just lying on top of wind? Anyone any experience
