Cbfm question

Hi when using the cbfm when do you start counting dpo? From the first peak or second peak?

My cbfm has been flashing m now for 2days it's only my second month using it. Just wondering how long I should wait till testing?

I've no tests in the house as I've never even got a whiff of a bfp been two yrs unexplained fertility. I'm sure the witch is on her way but there is just something about this cycle which has been different....

Ridiculous amounts of cm which I rarely have I had ovulation bleed which I'd never seen before plus it's 8.5minths till I get married... Mmmm anyway I'm sure it's just af's new way to upset me by hiding and giving me hope

Babydust to all xxx hope someone can answer my question as I'm either 15dpo or 16dpo ps my ticker is wrong and has been for months

I think its hard to pinpoint, but the monitor detects the rise in hormone which means ov will likely be 24-36 hours, so I wouldn't worry about the 1 day too much, you could have ovulated 24 hours after your first peak or later at 36 hours!
I got my first peak y'day but having ov pains all day today so I am counting today as ovulation.

I had loads of cm on 28th first peak on the 27th of September I think I'm 15dpo cramping is different although think witch will greet me later or in the morning however I'm normally wet before af which I'm not!

Hi Lisa,
I don't get any ovulation pains or any signs that I use to pinpoint it other than my CBFM. I tend to just use peak day 2 as day of ovulation and the high day after as 1 dpo just because I know for sure I will have ovulated by then.
My 'm' flashes quite a few days before my AF is due and arrives. On my first few months of using it I was quite excited it it had been flashing for so long. Now I've got used to it I know AF usually arrives 14dpo so I just go by my calculations.

Yeah I think I'm on 15dpo so af due today I normally have a 28day cycle and ov on cd14 but think I ov on cd15 and I'm on cd30.

Fx af stays away for another few days

The monitor will take a couple of months to figure out your cycle and will usually start flashing a couple of days before your period is due.

Every woman is different and after temping I figured out other than 1 month I actually release the egg on the second peak but every person is different aswell as every month so there is no guarantee hun.

No haven't tested as I figure I could still have a few more days, my peak was two days before I got loads of ewcm and pink spotting.

I'm thinking going by ewcm etc that I was due yesterday or today, but I am going to temp next cycle just to double check when I actually o.

Even after 2yrs ttc I still get my hopes up, I'm not sure what's better to have no hope or huge amounts of pma. Fx for all of us x

Af has arrived good cause it's 8.5 months till my wedding and I've my dress bought. But I would have traded my Vera Wang in a heart beat for a nursery
