7. Can I use a CBEFM stick as a pregnancy test (or other OPK)?Not really. Yes, when you are pregnant, the stick will look like a very strong "peak" (estrogen line faint and LH line very dark), but this doesn't happen until well after a pregnancy test will show positive. You will not have a peak looking stick and a negative pregnancy test as the CBEFM and most OPKs wouldn't pick up until HCG is around 100. So, if you want to do it for fun and to see what happens, that's fine, but don't start a post about how you might be pregnant because you have a peak looking stick. You may have just geared up to O once when it detected your peak, but didn't actually O so your body is trying again.
