CBFM went from high to low with no peak

I ovulate late and my cycles are 35 days. Last month I tracked my cycle with ovulation sticks and I got positive ovulation test on CD 23 and ovulated on CD 24. I wasn't temping so I guess I can't confirm it.

This month we started TTC and I used the CBFM (I conceived my son with one) and started getting highs from CD 11 until CD 24. Today at CD 25 I got a low.

Does this mean I didn't ovulate this month?
