CD2 Anyone

Khigg, congratulations on the house!!! Fx that this is just the start of lots of great, exciting news for you - I bet your BFP won't be far behind!

And thank you for the congrats. We are going to tell my MIL on her birthday on Saturday. Then my parents get home from their vacation Sunday night so we will most likely go to their place and tell them.

I tested on what I thought was 13dpo, according to FF, but my results said "2-3 weeks", so I am thinking I may have been 14 or 15dpo (they changed their O date a couple times).

Fellowes, I typically have 3 straight days of spotting, and then AF arrives. It usually starts as one little gush of red (sorry for TMI!) and then after that it changes to a light to medium brown for the rest of the time.

Do you know how many dpo you are? Implantation can happen as late as 12dpo so it could maybe be IB! Also, if sore boobs are not a usual pre-AF sign for you, that would be good! Supposedly anything out of the ordinary is a good sign.

My boobs are more sore than they've ever felt before, and they feel really heavy and full today (which for a flat-chested girl like me is pretty unusual, lol).

Good luck!!!

Congrats Khiggs on the house. That was one of the most exciting times in my life!
Big Boobies...one of the many positives of pregnancy! Can't wait :) Cant wait to hear how your MIL takes the news , Karen!

Yes! So excited that I haven't slept in a week! Haha, ok, I do sleep just stay up HOURS later than I should thinking about the new house and the million items we need to buy! :)

Have fun getting things for the house, Khigg! What an exciting time!

Hows everyone's week going?
Karen how are you feeling? Khigg hows the house?

Hi, jj! Thanks for asking! :) I am doing pretty well. The morning sickness is starting to kick up a bit today, but supposedly that means things are progressing well, so I'll take it.

We were able to tell our parents and a few other close family members this weekend. It was so exciting! I also told a few friends at work yesterday. I can hardly believe it's all happening!

Today I am waiting to hear my beta hcg results from the weekend. Fingers crossed they will be ok!

How are you?

Hello ladies. I hope all of you are doing well. Karen, I know you won't take this the wrong way but how exciting you have morning sickness!!! It is scary when you reach the point in life where you are happy to be sick but it is an awesome time too!!

I am at the beach during this last week of my tww. Lots of distractions here :) I have been having stomach issues for the last 3 or 4 days. If I could find a way to justify it as a symptom I would (and some women do say that this was something they dealt with when they got their bfp) but it is the kind of thing more likely associated with eating something over the weekend that isn't agreeing with me. Such is life. I am at the beach and that is all that matters!

Hope everyone is doing well!

Lol Karen I wanted morning sickness so badly with my chemical because I knew something was wrong, but didnt want it to be. Let us know how your levels are when you find out!

I'm enjoying my tww. Not symptom spotting and not thinking about it much. keeping busy painting furniture, working, and enjoying the summer with my nephew! We have a full house inspection scheduled for Monday, but just had the pest inspection done today and it passed.. Getting closer to it being ours, but not close enough. We are going the VA loan route and it takes an average of 45-60 days to go through. So we put our closing date as September 12, but hoping we get approved sooner.

When will you test nomorewaiting? I won't unless I'm 2 days late.. So August 2nd at the earliest.

How is hubby liking his job, bubbles? How has your commute been?

Where are you at in your cycle fellowes?

There, I think that's everyone! :)

We are well, started our full force baby making again. He is being a great sport. He loves his job, commute 35 minutes no traffic each way, and they seem to LOVE him. Well worth the pay cut. Still trying to figure out insurance, but by chance his estranged father put him in a church raffle that landed him grand prize of $10,000. So that covers our insurance blues. Now we just need a baby!
My commute is 3 1/2 -4 hours a day on the train, but it was the same driving so I feel an improvement! The other stuff with my job still frustrating.
Khigg, I hope this stressful house stuff passes quickly. Once you turn the key it will be worth it. How is your hubbys job going?
Karen, super excited for you. Only wish you guys the best.
Nomorewaiting...the beach! Love it. Just reading a good book and listening to the waves with a glass of wine!Sorry about the tummy issue, but maybe your first sign!
and fellowes...youre starting again now also no?

Hi guys,
So I received a surprise over the weekend... A BFP. I go in for my first blood test today but I'm scared as my boobs have been hurting for the past week or so but the pain is pretty much gone today. Ugh! I'm so nervous :(
I will read everyone's updates when I get into work!!!

Fellowes, congratulations!!! That is amazing!!! :happydance: Sorry you're feeling nervous, but I definitely understand! I'm getting more used to the ups and downs now, but the first week especially, I'd get nervous when I felt cramps, and then get nervous when I didn't feel them. It's quite a roller coaster ride!

I read somewhere that symptoms come and go because your body starts to get used to the hormone levels, but then when they increase again, you'll feel the physical signs more again. For example, I've been finding that my boobs hurt more about every second day, with a lesser feeling the days in between.

Taking another test can be a comforting thing! It's great to see the lines get darker. Good luck!!

jj, that's amazing about the $10,000!!! Sounds like everything is working out very well. Hopefully this will be your lucky cycle!

khigg and nomorewaiting, best of luck in the tww!

Can't wait to see some more BFPs around here!

Congrats fellowes. This seems to be the lucky thread:thumbup:
Hope it keeps going .....

Jj- that's awesome about the 10k! Hopefully that is the first piece of good news you will receive this month :-)
How are you settling in to the new house Khigg?
So my numbers came back good today but praying they go up on Friday! My nurse told me symptoms don't really start kicking in until your HCG is 5000. I think that's around 6 weeks. But the again, it's different for everyone! (Beginning to hate that phrase!)

CONGRATS Fellowes!! I am so happy for you! So glad your numbers look good so far. I am sure tomorrow the numbers will be great as well.

Wow what a lucky thread! Jj, wow that raffle win is awesome! You really needed something to ease your mind. Now you can focus on exactly what you wanted to be focusing on.

Khigg, I did the VA loan almost 2 years ago. We actually built a house. Their inspections are really strict but that ended up forcing the builder to do more for us than they normally would. The loan paperwork did end up delaying us but not more than a week. As far as testing goes I would love to not to test at all before af but may end up testing Sunday for sanity. If I can hold off then I will most likely test the day af is set to arrive which would be Monday or Tuesday. My cycle is only around 26 or 27 days. It is awesome that you are avoiding the symptom spotting. The beach is a good distraction for me so I haven't obsessed at all this week.

Keep the good news coming ladies!!

Thanks nomorewaiting! I can't wait to go to the beach this weekend. Where do you go??

We go to Wildwood, New Jersey, Fellowes. My parents have been taking us here since we were babies.

Ok so I am home from the beach and hubby is out getting fitted for a tux with his best friend for his upcoming wedding. I am bursting at the seams here!! I am 95% sure I just got my first ever BFP!!!! I couldn't help myself and tested this evening with only a couple hour hold. I never expected the line to show up. I just had to tell someone. I used a grocery store cheapy for the first time so I will test again with a FRER in the morning. AF is due Monday or Tuesday so until she is officially AWOL I am still trying to keep my feet on the ground.... if that is even possible! AAAHHH!

OMG nomorewaiting!!! That is amazing!!! Yay! Update us tomorrow after your FRER. Woo hoo!!! :)

Thanks Fellowes! Definitely a second pink line on the frer!! :happydance:

Praying this bean sticks. Still haven't told hubby yet. I have to stop and get a baby shower gifts after church so I may find a cute shirt or onesie to give to him.

12 months of trying... I think that hsg test (which came back clear) did the trick!
