CD2 Anyone

Sorry to jump in so late. I just wanted to say congrats to all the BFPs on here!

If this ain't the luckiest thread!!!! SO glad I'm a part of it! Congrats!

I've never seen anything like it lol. The Conception Club over here.

Lol bubbles! Look what you started!!CONGRATS nomorewaiting! I wasn't going to say anything, but I'm feeling lucky this cycle too. Haven't tested, but the same symptoms as May's BFP. Counting down until Wednesday, or should I test tomorrow morning?!

You are right ladies.... Holy lucky thread, Batman!!!

Thanks guys! I did tell hubby this morning. Gave him a onesie with his favorite football team on it. (corny I know) I handed him the bag and told him I got him a present but he can't use it until April. Confused the heck out of him ha! I am so much more relaxed now that I am not the only one who knows this awesome thing! Hoping that the reasons that made me test early are good signs that this is a nice strong baby bean who plans on sticking around :)

Khigg, When is AF due again? I don't know that I would have the will power to wait (obviously) so I may not be able to give you the best advice LOL! This really would be so exciting if we keep all this luck going!!! What kind of symptoms are you having?

Due for AF on the 30th.. So I'd be testing 2 days early.

Khigg, I tested 2 days early. I say go for it!

Today or tomorrow is when AF is due for me. This is the first real test that this is all real for me. Here goes nothing!

nomorewaiting, congratulations!!! That is wonderful!!! What a cute way to tell your hubby, too. Woo hoo! :happydance:

Good luck, Khigg! That's awesome that you are having the same symptoms as before your prior BFP. That was the case with me, too!

fellowes, how are you feeling?

jj, I'm sure your BFP is coming very soon, too!

TTCgamer, welcome to the thread! :flower:

I had a bit of a scare over the weekend as I was having some light spotting. Given my past history I really panicked. We went to the ER last night so that we could get some immediate results. Thanks be to God, the beta hcg came back great!!! 19,000 +! Which she said given my previous level from 8 days before showed perfect development. And then, she did an ultrasound, and we could see the fetal sac!!! Even though I couldn't get a really good luck from my position, it was still one of the happiest moments of my life. I'm so relieved now that nothing is wrong! She said the spotting may have just been from exertion, so I'm going to take extra time to rest and put my feet up - nothing wrong with that! ;)

Karen - that is so scary! I am glad everything is okay. I feel fine... Just tired and my boobs hurt, ha. I am (impatiently) waiting for my doctors office to call so I can schedule my 8 week appt. (which won't be for another 3 weeks!!!)

Negative test. So probably onto cycle 7! So happy for all of the BFPs though!!

Im so glad everything turned out ok, Karen. I say get a good book, put your feet up and drink some lemonade and enjoy these dog days of summer before you go back to work.
Oh Khigg, its still possible. Maybe retest at the end of the week?
Any good plan for you girls this weekend? we are going with friends to the Nautical Mile. Its a restaurant, shopping strip right on the water. So looking forward to it!

Sorry about the BFN, Khigg, but maybe there is still a chance! Fx for you!

Thanks, jj, I'm going to try to rest as much as possible. I do still teach during the summer, but the hours are a bit shorter, so that helps. And my husband is going to take on a few more of the household chores that require heavy lifting so that I don't have to worry about straining. I'm glad for that!

The Nautical Mile sounds fun! Have a great time!

I am looking forward to the weekend as well. On Friday, our good friend is getting married at a winery out in the county. That will be a great time with lots of great friends. On Saturday, my sister and her boyfriend are coming to visit us from Toronto, so we're going to go out for dinner and then come back to our place for a games night. And then on Sunday, we're getting together with our parents for church and brunch. Finally, Monday is a holiday where I'm from (Civic Holiday) so I won't have to work... just going to sleep in, relax, and watch some old school Melrose Place, haha.

Khigg, Sorry about the bfn. I still am hoping that AF stays away for you today!!! If not then know that there are lots of happy thoughts heading your way for the next cycle!!!

Karen, I am glad that everything is ok. I imagine that seeing your little bean in there for the first time and knowing that it was ok was an AMAZING feeling!

Girls your weekend plans sound great! Karen, enjoy your holiday! I have off on Friday for our company picnic so I will be hanging out with my coworkers and families. Then the rest of the weekend is at home. I have some organizing in the basement to do but I am sure I will find time to just sit and read.... or snooze :) It is nice to be home for a whole weekend sometimes.

I love being home too nomorewaiting. As much as I love plans, a good BBQ or pizza and movie trumps all :)

No AF this am. Tomorrow will be the true test! I was too chicken to test this am, haha!

As for the weekend, DH and I have hot plans to work, bargain shop, paint/finish furniture, and hang out with our new kitten ! I'm not even sure if I'm a cat person, but I guess we'll find out! My pup loves her though which is cute because he's an older, over-protective min pin and I honestly thought he was going to eat her alive.

Khigg, Here's hoping she stays away for quite some time  Congrats on the new pet. I am not a cat person but I think that is because they make it difficult for me to breath and see out of my eyes LOL. We definitely want a dog someday but I think we will see how this having 1 life dependent on us thing goes before we get in over our heads ha!

Ooh, good luck, Khigg! Fx that you will get your BFP! That's exciting that you have a new kitten, too! I love cats. What kind is it?

Happy almost-weekend, everyone! :happydance:
