Cellmark again need advice/info ASAP

Finally got my letter through from cellmark to say FOB has filled the form and made an appointment .. as he has to do it before they can send me one .. iv recieved mine this morning so now i know hes done it and its going ahead thank god! ..

But im confused im no good with it the letter comes with an Appointment form... and it says "We need 5 working days notification of your appointment" .. so do i need to ring my gp and ask if they will do them or ring 1 off the list provided and make an appointment? im confused with they need to know 5 working days before my appointment if i posted the form back for todays last post and they get it tomorrow/thursday.. next wednesday/thursday will be 5 working days .. so would i need to make it after then? As i need to put on the form GP's name and appointment date or if its not confirmed yet

I don't want to do it wrong because theres a cancellation fee if i do it wrong or somethings not right

Ring one off the list provided but get an appointment for a week to 2 weeks time. Cellmark need 5 working days to send the testing kit to the people you have the appointment with.

Iv done it now my sister did it for me cause i didnt have a clue + theres 4 bank holidays coming up good friday/easter monday/royal wedding and may day... so there ringing me when theyve recieved the test so i can go up.. which made it simpler

Can ask how long it took cellmark to contact you after you let the csa know it was needed?

About a month its took cellmark,, im guessing they had to wait till he agreed to send me the forms out so i could fill mine out but its going to now take till middle may because theres 4 bank holidays coming up
