changng from comfort?

:thumbup:thanks : iv switched now tho if it is lactose it will prob be cheaper buying lactose free milk than the comfort and colief as both most expensive x

Just a word of advice you can get colief on prescription and also special milks like sma staydown can be obtained on prescription. I was all ready to pay a tenner for colief and the nice lady at boots said you can get on prescription free so thats exactly what I did. Colief didnt really help for me though, the cow and gate comfort seems to be helping.

there is so many different options for what seems to be the same problem :dohh:

Do you ladies use infacol before a feed then colief in the feed aswell??
Im going to try the aptimel 1 after iv finished the rest of the comfort milk at the moment i use colief in the milk and then give gripe water after if he starts screaming, didnt want to over load him by using infacol aswell!!!!!
Ive been using the colief since friday and have seen an improvement in the crying but his wind is painfull still!! x

my HV said that it's ok to use infocol and colif together :) i put colif in her bottle and give her infacol before hand - it seems to help. tonight is the first night of using colif as well as infocol and she seems to be dozing off in her crib which is a rare happening hah

Can I ask what problems?

The biggest one, strangely enough was pooing! It gave him a sore tummy n he didn't poo for 6 days then he had explosive diorreah (up to his neck!) I think rather than help him poo it made it worse xx
