Cheers to BFPs in 2-0-1-6!

I am aware to watch my temp Whimsical, the problem is that my old bbt thermometer was measuring temps almost a whole degree lower, so any temps before I switched to my new one aren't accurate. I am definitely post O, just don't know for sure what DPO I'm at. At this point I'm just waiting for AF.

You may have to start a whole new tracking of temp because the 1 deg is a big difference as to when you O

Angel im sure that now you kniw some of whats wrong the RE will be able to give you a way forward now. Thats some scary genes to be having but i guess we all have some weird gene that we unaware of.

I'm symptom spotting hard core today. I checked CM and it's creamy but kind of stretchy, like EW, but definitely creamy. I had this same CM pop up the two cycles I had my CPs. which makes me wonder if I could be .... but I'm only 7DPO so I know I need to chill. Also my breats are tender today which is normal for me about this time in the TWW, BUT usually they start out sore on the sides, near the armpit, but today they are sore on the lower half of the breast. Very different than normal.

Of course I have other issues (dizziness, and incredibly thirsty,a nd peeing all the time) but those are all easily related to the prednisone I'm one for my asthma: I'm drinking sO MUCH WATER because of the cotton mouth that I get from prednisone that I'm in the bathroom all the time. So really I'm just trying to convince myself to stop over analyzing everything.

Angel I'm 7 DPO and my cm has increased over the past couple of days, it's also really stretchy like fertile cm. My temp has dipped during this time too. I was googling it and I think it's a secondary oestrogen surge. But as usual, it doesn't mean preggars or not. If you had it before then it could be a good sign for you. I'm not sure if I did when I was pregnant, I think it increased but I don't remember thinking anything like that was different. Other than that nothing! My bbs don't even hurt - that was actually a huge sign for me. Bbs normally start hurting at 6 DPO without fail, when I was pregnant it was 9/10dpo. But they didn't hurt post mc cycle so I'm thinking this is my new norm!

I've found in the tww you get symptoms whether you're pregnant or not due to increased progesterone. And my boobs hurt constantly anyway!! So hard not to symptom spot though. I'm having the world's longest fertile period ever over here! This better pay off, I'm knackered!!

angel in the tww we all just over analyse all the symptoms we have. we looking for signs for AF but secretly hoping and praying it is a sign you preg. im sure all the ladies here are guilty of over analysing. i can tell you i am guilty. but i think we do it as a way to keep us sane in this world were ttc is so difficult, especially ltttc. so over analyse, tell us, we over analyse with you and dont stress.

Went in for my last set of labs today. Testing progesterone. We meet with the Doctor on Thursday afternoon to go over all of our labs and results. FX!

I tested today, bFN. I saw that coming. LoL!! Going to now seriously try to hold off for a few days. AF due Saturday.

Broody - looks like you might have had a temp rise! FX you get CH's soon.

Yep!! I've been away studying the middle of that too, still managed to bd daily though! I think I'm ovulating from both sides so that might be why it's longer than normal.

Well, looks like I was off by a day or two, temps are starting to drop so I should be expecting AF by Thursday or Friday. Looks like we'll officially hit our year of trying.

That's a hard pill to swallow. At least we'll be starting fertility treatment June/Julyish after all of the testing is done.

Afm - cd 12 today so gearing up again. Hope my cycle goes back to normal and ovulates on time! Feeling a lot better about things today. I finally cancelled my ultrasound appointmemt, amd didnt get teary, so thats good progress I guess!

Yesterday and today noticed my CM starting to dry up. Not sure if that has anything to do with the prednisone I'm on, or just my cycle. All my research says that prednisone is fine short term (and my RE says it's okay for short term), so I think it's probably just my normal cycle. Because I'm sick I don't quite trust my temps, so I am just waiting. Thursday seems so far away. I'm so nervous!

Abe - That one year mark is hard. It was a really difficult thing for me too.

I think some meds can dry you up Angel. Won't affect o but some (ttc friendly!) lube might help

I'm running so warm right now and I can't be sure if it's because I'm sick or because of TWW. This evening my temp is 98.7, which doesn't sound high for normal people but my normal temp runs in the low 97s normally and so when I realized I feel really warm/flushed (very abnormal for me, usually I'm always freezing) DH told me to take my temp because I felt too hot to him and I was surprised it was so much higher than normal. Hoping it's not just becasue I'm sick, because if that's the case then it's affecting my bbt.

Thanks Broody. I have some preseed I'll definitely use if we need it.

Broody - I love the idea of twins. We actually have fraternal twins in my family! Could just be a one off though as it's just the one set.

Abe - that one year mark must be tough, but you're starting on a new path now with the testing. Fx you get some answers that will lead to your bfp.

Sheece - good to see you back hun. Take care this cycle. I've found this first cycle back TTC a bit of a roller coaster at times. I've had many emotionally tough moments. But I'm trying to keep the end 'goal' in mind all the time.

Angel - my cm dried up a bit yesterday too so could just be that time of the cycle (I'm not on any meds). Sorry you're still not well, you're having a rough week of it. Fx those temps are for real. When is af due?

AFM - 9 DPO and bfn. Going to test 10/11/12 DPO then stop. Af is due next Wednesday - thanks 15 day lp!! So I got a bit of a wait. Not much going on apart from really vivid dreams, some are horrible like last night (I won't go into it, glad I managed to wake myself up) and others are entertaining like being pregnant with 12 babies!! Crazy! Had some cramping yesterday but that seems to have gone now.

I think I might finally be on the mend! I managed to sleep almost all night without massive wheezing, just a little rattling in my chest (much less than before). So I'm going to cancel my dr appointment for today (since I was only supposed to go back in if I wasn't improving) and wait out the rest of the prednisone and see if I continue to get better. I've got another week of the steroids because they have me weaning off very slowly.


MrsUnicorn - I hope that's the case! I seem to recall that it isn't abnormal to dry up at some parts of the TWW even when getting a bfp. so I'm hoping it doesn't mean I'm out. I'm thinking the temps are real, since today it was still above 98 (which is high for me) and my lungs are feeling much better than before.

AF should be due around Friday-Sunday. My LP seems to have increased possibly to 12 days, so FF is predicting AF on Saturday. The last several months it's slowly increased to 10 days then 11 and then last month 12. So we'll see what happens. Might test tonight after work. Just because.
