Cheese sauce?????

Is packet cheese sauce safe to eat i really want cauliflower cheese x

I'd make cauliflower cheese with hard cheese if making from scratch so it wouldn't even occur to me that packet sauce would be soft cheese. Whatever cheese it is, if it is from a packet it will be pasteurised etc.
