DS was talking about a Fake Santa who turned nasty. We concluded he was talking about a film. What is the film?

Only 1 I can think is elf when elf says you're a fake tells the wee boy not to tell the santa what he wants and that he smells like beef and cheese lol then they fight
Oh just thought *Miracle on 34th Street to at the start the santa is drunk his pants fall down xx
