Christmas treats

Anyone make cookies or other yummy treats for Christmas? I am on the hunt for some yummy recipes or even those mixes in a jar type thing. Particularly ones that would ship well. I have started a tradition with the in-laws of sending treat packages as gifts. It keeps costs down for us on buying presents for everyone. Although we still get a gift for the nieces and nephew.

I always make gingerbread every Christmas, the soft kind, not hard and crunchy. For me it's part of Christmas, and for the last couple of years, it has also been a fun family activity decorating it, although that does mean I need to bake more as Hayden eats as much as he decorates!
