Clear blister with white spot on nipple

I woke up with a small clear blister with a white spot in it on my nipple. The whole thing is the size of a sesame seed. It doesn't hurt, but I can say its a little wee bit sore when LO suckles from that nipple.
Anyone experience this?
I'm getting worried
