Clexane

Is anyone injecting with clexane? If so when did you start the injections?

Hi hun, im on 40ml of clexane daily - I started at 4w 1 day and will inject right upto 6weeks post delivery.

Its a pain dont plan on wearing a bikini anytime soon but it seems to be working xxxx

I am not pregnant yet, but still on clexane 80mg twice daily after a pulmonary embolism in my last pregnancy. I'll stay on twice daily until the end of Sept. then hopefully I'll have had my BFP by then and will go onto approx. 60mg once a day until 6 weeks post delivery.

It doesn't usually hurt, but you do end up with bruises/marks and I suspect I look like a junkie!

i will be starting that after my first early scan cause i have a blood clotting problem x

Hiya, I am now 36 weeks and took clexane for the first 26 weeks, low dose. I don't have any clotting problems, but previously had four early miscarriages. I found it OK but is nice that the bruises have gone now.
