I conceived 2 times before on Clomid. One I got pregnant with the 5th cycle ended in m/c and the other pregnant on the 2nd cycle and was full term birth.
We tried almost the same medication protocol that allowed us to conceive our daughter with no luck. I am assuming age might be a factor as before I was 29 and 30 and now I am 36. I read online Clomid is not as effective for women over 35.
Admittedly my care with my daughter had more monitoring of follicles, blood work and such because I was seeing an OBGYN in Germany who was pretty much like the RE's here stateside and this last time I was seeing an OBGYN in the states who tossed some Clomid and Metformin my way hoping the same thing would work again. Needless to say it did not and I have moved on to an RE who has started me on injectables.
