bugbabe and babyboyle - sounds like our fs are the same....my doctor told me that the fs i see is the 'head honcho' of fertility but his approach is quite text book...as in he prescribes what he thinks and just doesnt explain much about it...hence why im just left to get on with it...x

Know what you mean, its bloody frustrating because i wanna know if im ovulating, if clomid is working etc, as i hear all these positive stories, and then it makes me think Ooh im gonna fall my first cycle..

50% of me thinks itll never happen, 50% thinks itll happen this month. strange brain i have!!!

I'll be keeping an eye on you as we are similar cycles and i remember your name from when i was on here last year! xx

So we have had an awful time with Madies chicken pox!! She was awake almost all night last night She is just covered in them Tonight seems to be going better so far ATM she is in our bed because we have a fan in our room and we are in the spare room on a horribly uncomfortable bed!!!

Only two days until I get my progesterone blood drawn. Hopefully she will find a vein without digging around .

Dr. Said I haven't ovulated this month. I don't even know why, cuz I ovulate without clomid. Sigh.

cbmd..... Have you carried on using OPK because it is completely possible that you Oed today??? If your temps go up from that dip you may still be in with a chance. Not everybody Oes 5-10 days after last pill.

Sarah and cbmd - thanks guys. I was meant to continue on with the 25mg clomid for the next three months, but got a call from the doctor today saying that all the bloods I had this month are a bit weird so he wants to see me again.

I think I am going to have to go on a strict no junk diet. With my Lupus I have to take prednisolone with which you can put on a lot of weight - which I have. I am only a couple of kilos over my healthy weight range, so I don't know how much difference it will make, but I will do anything at the moment.

Oh well another month down. Will see how it goes...

Shelley I totally agree you could still ovulate later than 5-10 days on my own I ovulate days 18-21 clomid moved me 2 days 13-15 but I know for some makes ovulation later. I'd still use opk especially since you Ov on your own with out clomid so keep beding as well you never know..good luck 😃

Cbmd know your not being monitored but my doctor said if he didn't see results from 50mg he would move me to 100mg so maybe all you need to ovulate is higher dose of clomid. Would you not ring an ask him 2 increase it as 50mg didn't work..you never know he might agree 2 leave prescription out for you with our seeing him..can't do any harm Hun. Good luck 😃

thanks i did...hes mean i have to stay on 50mg for 3 months then he will review it....my gp is really understanding and said if i have no luck with him after these 3 months she will start fighting my corner for more supervised treatment etc

Shelly Sorry first round of clomid hasn't done the trick. Did your doc tell you what was wrong? Surely a couple kilos over ideal isn't too bad? Aren't you allowed to be up to like 30 bmi without any issues? Good luck with your dr appointment.

I had my bloods done about half an hour ago, so should have the results just after lunch time The anxiety has started already. I find it so hard to get to sleep in the second week of my TWW.
One thing that was kind of strange (TMI alert) was I got a big clump of funny CM that was kind of like thick snot...Possibly my mucus plug from my cervix ??????

I find it strange that before and around O I have no CM to speak of even with EPO and now I have HEAPS of the stuff. GGGRRRRR


to all I will post again when I have my results in about 4 hours

Thanks kazza and Sarah Just that my weight is heavy for me. I have put on 10 kg since being on the prednisolone. Would love to lose it again (have such a big appetite on it).

Anyway, I'll give it a go and we'll see. I'll keep you updated once I see the dr.

Today is cd 10 for me, and still no pos opk. I had a pos on this cd last mnth before clomid, so I guess it is going to mess with my cycle! Oh boy! I thought for sure it would be pos already just from all the little twinges and stuff!
