From what I understand yeah, I ovulated weds which was day 14 - when u get ur dip it means u have ovulated. I would recommend getting the book "taking charge of your fertility" - I bought it off amazon and it's a really good read! Highly recommend it to help u get ur head around charting and the fam method.

Claire. Don't give up hope yet hun all it takes is one sperm and Monday wasn't that much before O. Sorry OH isn't playing his part. Infertility really hurts your relationship sometimes huh.

Cbmd It was the dip followed by higher highs that confirmed O for Claire...You never know, you may just O late... How long were your cycles before clomid? At least if you keep temping and OPKing you will know for next month or perhaps just catch a late o

Baby boyle. That should cover your bases for the most part I like to do the over the top approach of doing the deed every day from day 8 to 18 lol. Are you tracking your cycle?

Sarah - no, have never tracked or done OPKs or whatever, just BD pretty much daily / every 2 days!

Thanks Sarah - it's so great to have the support of the girls on this board when things are crappy. Interestingly enough today he was all over me - once he knew I had already ov and it wouldn't be the bd. and now he's gone off to see his daughter (7yrs old and direct quote "the light of his life") 150 miles away, which is fine but he stays in his ex's flat with them and can't understand why I get upset. Shit, sorry guys - am ranting again. grrrrrrrr.

My OH has had custody of his boy since birth, and the mum had no interest at all.. she's just started to get involved in the last month, unimpressed, she had no interest, and came round to see him yet spent the night with my OH downstairs as the kids played upstairs.....

I was out!! Have never met her and didn't particularly want to be there as their son calls me mum and he has no interest in her, has seen her the odd time she has been at her mums when he has been there..

He is so strong minded, same as his dad, which i love and is great.. I didn't think it was right for me to be there the first time, but no bloody more..!!! x

My problems that the ex will not allow their daughter to even meet me let alone spend any time with us. When he goes to visit he's not allowed to call me or acknowledge to their daughter that I exist. She wants them to have 'family time' and i'm not allowed to be a part of that. Drives me mad and yet the oh can't see things from my point of view. All he sees is him getting time with his daughter - not anything else. Even when he is conned into buying their food shopping for them as she purposely runs the cupboards down when she knows he's coming and then pleads poverty - and we pay her enough in maintenance anyway.
I do wonder sometimes if he does actually want a baby with me - as his daughter is everything to him and there is little room for anyone else.

Bugbabe and cbmd, I hate months like that. It is like we have been trying so long they dont see the necessity of doing it on the right days anymore. I have had a couple of those months. It is hard on weekends for my hubby, he would rather drink, sigh. Always next month though.

trying hard - i didnt have any cycles before - to be honest ive never been sure whats going on..when i was younger i had regualar heavish af...then ive been on contraceptive pill for 10 years...when i came off 3 years ago my periods never came back and they still havent to this day, original bloods confirmed pcos as my testosterone was high but then recent bloods its totally normal - on low side of normal, and im identical weight etc....no diff lifestyle change....so i havent had a period of my own for years now, ive been given provera the odd time but i wouldnt call it a proper period, its like a speck of blood! ...........maybe temping will help show up whats going on better with my cycle...
also i wanted to ask you girls...if i take my temp on a morning, then quickly take it again without moving it can be different....for example this morning it was 36.32 then i did it again it was 36.40 then 36.25! is my thermometer duff? ive only had it a few months

Hey ladies how's everyone doing??? I feel totally lost Haven bein on in over a week.came down with a terrible bug 😨 I know we were all around same days so did everyone get there little egg?? I'm happy 2 say got mine on tues day 15 so now on my dreaded 2ww an desperately hoping my lp is good this month 😃 clomid was really good 2 me this month no side effects moods ect so feeling positive. hi kazza...well i cant speak for other ladies...i havent ovulated this month...so im hoping next month will be different! i felt a bit dissapointed at first, but now got over it!! onto next month.....it will be a nervous 2ww for a lot of you!! lets hope we get some bfps out of this cycle xx

BugBabe - i know what you mean!! Its sooooo hard too, and it makes you feel that you want it more than him too.. (think i deffo want it more than my OH!!! )

im on 50 mg for 3 months......got to stick to same dose whether i ovulate or not...not being monitored so just hoping for the best

CBMD - is ur fs like mine - he gave me 5 cycles of clomid unmonitored and if that doesn't work then he said he'll start further investigations.

I spoke to a friend of mine last night and she told me that it took her and her oh 5 yrs to conceive their first - and she has pco as well. So there is hope. I guess we have just got to stay strong and positive - which is easier said than done I know.

I'm the same as you both, not being monitored, got 4 months worth of clomid, so just hoping it bloody works!!! OH is not leaving the bed every day i'm home til i get some spermies lol..!! xxx
