I'm thinking I will go towards the end of March since I have to save all the money first (we agreed we would not finance it or dip into our savings). My kids have spring break in April, so hubby could come down 10 days after I go and his parents can watch the kids hopefully at our house so they don't miss any school. I'm not looking forward to be away from my kids for 3.5 weeks though or even my hubby for 10 days. It's so much cheaper though, even after you add genetic testing of your embryos which is what i'm going to do to eliminate the chance of certain birth defects and that way I know only good embryos are being put back in me. You can even choose the sex of your baby for $600 more, crazy huh?

I'm CD18/DPO2 Today, If I'm Correct About Ovulation. This Morning When I Woke Up, I Stand Up & Felt Really Light Headed (Unsteady On Feet). Other Than That I Feel Fine, Well & Myself, Then I Went And Sat On Sofa And Drank Some Tea While I Put Cbeebies On For Honey & All Of A Sudden I Got This Horrible Warm Rush Up My The Side's Of My Belly & 30 Seconds Later Was Being Sick. Now Don't Get Me Wrong I Know I'm Only DPO2 But This Is Different & Not Normal. I Sometimes Get Nauseous When I Ovulate, But Never Actually Been Sick & When I Was Pregnant With Honey, A Cup On Tea Always Made Me Sick In The Morning. So Now I'm Confused. x X x

Jessica- I started getting symptoms 7dpo but just sore nips an then I noticed my temps stayed elevated. I didn't notice anything before that. Probably to early to get any symptoms. Have fx'd for a bfp :)

Kel good luck with this cycle. When are you going to take the femara @ cycle day 5 or earlier? Really hope this is your month

Dawn- wish you lots of luck with the ivf. No matter the time away it will be worth it in the end. :)

Erin- how are you doing? Are you going to get back on injectables after the bcp?

CD19/DPO3 Today, Woke Up Ok Today, At First I Took My Vits And Had A Tea Hoping I Wouldn't Be Sick Again, As It's My Worst Enemy lol, But I Was Fine. Feeling A Little Nauseous ATM But I Think That's Because I Need A Tea lol, This Happens When I Haven't Had A Cup For A Few Hour's & I Need To Go Shop First For Milk, Just Cant Be Asked Today, But Other Than That Still Nothing, No Symptom's What So Ever. My Boob's Still Haven't Got One Tiny Touch Of Tenderness... It's A Little Confusing But TBH As I've Never Had A Cycle Like This 2.5 Year's Ago, I'm Hoping It's A Good Sign. :D x X x

P.s Thanks Alex. It's Mad Cause I Here Load's Of Women Say They Get The Full Book Of Symptom's When TTC, But When They Actually Become Pregnant They Have None, So Believed They Was Out, But Turned Out They Got There BFP's. Just Hope I'm As Lucky. x X x

Last day of work today. Girls at work threw me a little baby shower, got me emotional. I never thought I'd get gifts for my own baby. I was always the planner for everyones showers. Now I'm just going to keep healthy an enjoy quiet time before baby arrives. :) House is looking great foundation has been put down if mother nature is good house will be done in sept. So excited have so many ideas for the nursery.

You are so lucky Alex :) I am glad everything is going well for you with bub and the house, plus your hubby sounds super supportive, which is really helpful both in pregnancy and the first 6 months of baby.

Me - hcg went up from 8872 to 35828 in a week. I will keep doing weekly bloods until 10-12 weeks when they decide to take me off the progesterone. Still haven't decided when to have a scan - luckily the dr is happy enough that I am a bit nervous about having one, phew

CD21/DPO5 Today, Woke Up To Still No Normal Symptom's Like every Month, But Got Hit With Back Ache About An Hour Ago, Not Lower Back Like Normal, It's Like Under Breast Line Level But In My Spine. When Moving It Can Feel Like I've Been Hit In The Back With A Base Ball Bat. But When Sitting, It Can Be Really Dull Pain. Also Got A Tiny Touch A Cramping, But Sometimes Wind Can Do This To Me Or Needing Too Poo (Sorry If TMI). So I Don't Really Count Cramps Unless I Can Feel Them Directly Coming From My Uterus, Ovary's, Or Around The Pelvic Area. Other Than That, Still No Normal Symptom's, so I'm Keeping Positive. x X x

So Today, I Went EBay Shopping LOL, Got Honey A Pink Controller For Her Wii, With Nunchuk, Silicone Case & Wrist Strap, Also Got DF A Gift He Is Going To Love But It's A Surprise So Not Going To Write It Cause Sometimes We Read Post's Together lol, Also I Couldn't Help My Self But I Stocked Up Big Time On HPT's (2 Different Brand's) & Also Got Some OPK's For Just Encase As I Didn't Like Running Out This Month. x X x

CD22/DPO5 Today, So Far I've Had A Touch Of Sharp Pain's Bit Like Cramping, But Very Short, Quick & Didn't Last Long, On & Off For About A Hour, Also Had A Touch Of Headache Earlier, But I Did Go Round The Park With Honey For About Half Hour & It Was So Hot Today, But A Mother & Child Turned Up & The Child Had Chicken Pox. I Got Out Of There Lively lol. Honey Has Not Had Them Yet And I Intend To Keep It This Way Until She Understand & Know Why She Shouldn't Scratch Them (When She Has Them) As They Leave Scare's All Over Your Body, But Other Then Them, Still Nothing Like I Normally Have. So I'm Staying Positive. x X x
