Co sleeping

Can I co sleep if my bed is only a full?
It doesn't have rails.
Is there a safe way to do this?
She's already co sleeping in her bassinet,
But she's growing outta it,
So is there a way?

Is it just you in the bed? If it's just you, I'd think a full would be fine. Rails are needed for when baby can roll, previous to that, you don't have to worry about rails. Just make sure LO is laying towards the center of the bed, and your closest to the edge.

Once Elijah can roll, I'm just going to put my mattress on the floor, instead of getting rails. Just a teeny drop to the floor, then, and not too big of a deal if he's rolling on the floor.
