Cold meds

So I came with a cold (no doubt passed on to me from my students). I should be ovulating this week and I don't want to do anything that will decrease my chances of getting pregnant. Maybe I am being overly sensitive, but will cold medicines decrease my chances? Of course, if I keep feeling crummy I won't feel like BDing anyway... Heck of a time to feel bad. LoL!

I don't think the medicine would decrease your chances (unless I suppose if it dries up your CM?) but getting sick can delay ovulation, so you might not ovulate when you think you will.

If you take Mucinex, with guafensisin only, it is not only safe but will increase your fertile mucus.
