cold... ugh!

I have a cold/flu sneaking in. YUCK! Theraflu is usually my lifeline during these but I'm not sure if I can take it. It's main ingredient is Acetaminophen which is okay but I'm not sure because I see so many conflicting things on the internet.

What do you ladies do to help?

I've been terribly sick for the last few days as well, including being bedridden.
