Coming off Cerelle

Hiya

I came off the Cerelle mini pill on Sunday and I've been feeling awful for the last two days .

I was on it for about 2 years and didn't have any problems. Since being off I've been getting headaches, my mood has dipped horribly, my anxiety is bad, my heart is always racing/palpitations.

Is this normal and if so, does it take long to pass? I can't stand feeling like this!

Hormones can be CRAZY after you've stopped birth control. I literally thought I was pregnant when I went off mine. My boobs hurt, I was cranky, I had the absolute worst cramps. It's never fun to mess with those hormones, but they will even out eventually.

Ah that's a relief, thank you! I've been horribly moody the last few days but AF came yesterday, so I'm hoping that this is the beginning of it all starting to balance out a bit. Fingers crossed!
