Coming off of depo, using bitex to regulate myself. Ttc #3

Hi all. New to this forum.

i am a proud mommy to two childern,My daugter will be turning 6 this April and my son is turning 4 this August. i got one shot of Depo the 20th November 2016 so im due for my next shot the 28th of February 2017. Will not be getting it as hubby has told me he wants another child ☺. I am not someone who can wait months and months for something to happen, and hearing that depo can take upto 2 years to be out of your system, wow that is a super long time. iv heard Vitex ( chasteberry ) helps regulate things, will it help to get depo out of my system and help me ovulate quicker? any advice,tips and success stories will be awesome.
