Complication questions

So I'm currently sitting at 5 weeks and 7 days, and last year I had ovarian cysts, so i went in for laproscopic surgery and they had disappeared and endometriosis and scarring was in there instead. I'm just curious if any other moms experienced or not have gone through this and did it mess with the pregnancy. I've had an emergency ultra sound to make sure It wasnt ectopic (hope I said that right) and to make sure a miscarriage wasn't coming.. and I was all good. I guess I just get worried. I had miscarred in 2013, and I just hope the outcome of this is good and I'm not just havin fearful doubt.

I have endometrioses and have not had complications from it while pregnant. Getting pregnant, yes, but once I was I just had more intense cramping but all was well with baby
