Confused by opk's

Hi everyone,
This is my first time using opk's, I had my implant taken out last Friday (03/10) and started using opk's on Monday as I had read that it can take a while to begin ovulating again after the implant and wanted to be more aware of what was going on, Monday and Tuesday were dead white no second line at all, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday they got darker but not nearly as dark as the control line. Yesterday and today I've had lots of ewcm so was expecting to see the lines looking darker still but they're fading again. Am I doing this right?

OPKs are confusing, as you have not yet had the withdrawal bleed I would suggest using OPKs after that testing around 2.30pm and as you have come off a birth control it is likely your cycles will be out of whack for a while, get a thermometer from ebay and chart your temperature using fertilityfriend.com x
