Confusion over making bottles

do you all take your bottles out of the steriliser once done? I leave mine in and use as I need them cos I assumed if you took them out and dried them and put away they'd not be sterile anymore?

They are sterile if you put them together properly straight out for 24 hours, you dont dry them you put them together with condensation still in. Once you open your steriliser the bottles are no longer sterile so if you were to take one out and leave others in you would have to re sterilise.
