It's so funny you would start this thread. I emailed my acupuncturist about CoQ10 yesterday! This is what she said: When appropriate I suggest that some patients take CoQ10 100-200mg/day (recommendations vary from 100-400mg/day), myoinositol powder (1 scoop or approx 2g twice a day), melatonin 3mg/night. She stressed that you should always talk to your western medicine doctors whether or not it would be appropriate for you.
I don't know if I'm really ready to try something this "drastic" and sort of..."unconventional"...as it is having a bunch of needles stuck in me once a week is pretty extreme for me!
But let me know if you decide to try any supplements!
