i had unprotected sex on the 10th of January, my boyfriend did not ejaculate but my period, which is always regular is now nearly a week late. could i be pregnant?

I was a week late last month and I am usually 28 days cycle bang on! Turned out to be nothing for me. Went to the doctor got tested, had a pap and everything.
