I've just dug my sewing machine out again and made some cushions out of old material! They were looking great untill I sewed up the stuffing hole! Think I may need some more practice with that haha

Does anyone here knit? I've just started a scarf x

Ooh reading this has given me a pure crafting bug!! Need to get my sewing machine fixed.. I have a cupboard bursting with material that wants using.

I've never got the hang of knitting, my tension is always far too tight and I have a massive struggle to go back into the stitch, I end up getting far too pissed off and unravel it all
I can crochet a little though. Mainly hats and play food, haha.

Never done crochet, got some needles, is it easy to pick up? Can yu use normal knitting wool?

I found it pretty easy tbh, there's a crochet group once a week in town I learned part there and part my best mate showing me.
Yep, you can just use normal wool.

I knit quite a lot, I can only do rectangles atm.though so I'm making loads.of.scarfs hahaha!
